Please forgive us as this site is still under construction!

I’m confused, what kind of ‘Label’ are you?
By now you should be familiar with the idea of a record label…well we do all that but consider what would happen if a fine artist (ie. Painter, photographer, etc) had a body of people doing what a record label does for musicians…but for them!

Are you a non-profit or a for-profit?
We are a for-profit that nearly should be non-profit! Our mission is to be community and eco-lifestyle oriented! Think about it this way…you could say our business is pulling an Oprah Winfrey!  We incorporated as a for-profit for logistical reasons (paperwork / relationship w/the gov’t)  more than anything else!

Why does Lethal Poetry Productions need sponsors?
Truth be told – we want to do good things and good deeds – but unfortunately giving away all of your hard earned money to charities and non-profits is not a sustainable or successful business model on it’s own. In order to truly be public servants – the financial backbone of this company has to be maintained by aligning ourselves with companies that want to support and encourage what we’re doing in exchange for offering them more exposure & promotions!

It seems awfully convenient that the CEO’s band is signed to the Label!  Why not choose another band to promote?
CEOs know themselves best – and can often sell themselves faster and easier than they can someone else!  This is formula for building the credibility of a label is not uncommon.  Ani DiFranco was the first signed act on her own Righteous Babe Records, Dr. Dre was the first act signed on his very own Death Row Records, and N.E.R.D. was the first act signed to their very own Star Trak Records.

How do I submit my art work or make a band submission to your exhibitions?
Please see the ‘Exhibitions & Events’ section of this website.  All of the rules and guidelines are there!
